First individual residential houses in Aktobe are under construction within "Nurly Zher" program

Not only apartment blocks, but also individual residential houses on the land will be available to depositors of Zhilstroysberbank within the framework of "Nerly Zher" program, said the chairman of the board of JSC Zhilstroysberbank of Kazakhstan Lyazzat Ibragimova during the visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev to the facilities being built within the framework of "Nurly Zher" program.

Aktobe. 30 March. Kazakhstan Today - The pilot project for the construction of individual houses of "Nurly Zher" program is being implemented in Aktobe. Investors of Zhilstroysberbank who are on the waiting list of the local executive authorities, will receive a direction from the mayorИs office in April 2017. In case the citizens are not investors of Zhilstroysberbank, they can open the contribution of housing and construction savings. For convenience, the bank has canceled all commissions to open accounts since April 1 of this year.

L. Ibrahimova noted, after that they will have to accumulate an initial 30% for participation in the Program and pass an assessment of solvency.

"This will be the first pilot projest, within the framework of which the mayorИs office will provide an apartment house together with the land plot and the corresponding infrastructure. We hope that this program will allow all regions of the country to provide the needy population with not only apartment blocks, but also individual houses on the land, "L. Ibrahimova concluded.

It should be noted that the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev is on a working visit to Aktobe region, where he inspects the implementation of the President's Message "The Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness", visits large industrial enterprises, construction, education and medicine facilities.
