Man who took hostage in Aktobe dentistry killed
Astana. 15 March. Kazakhstan Today - 24 year old man, threatening with a knife and demanding to bring him his ex-wife, has taken hostage the administrator of stomatology, BNews.kz correspondent reports with reference to the press service of DIA of the Aktobe region.
As police officers have explained, the man demanded to bring him the ex-wife whom he has divorced last week. He wanted to kill the spouse. It is established that in 3 hours before, the criminal came home to her parents and has put knife wounds to the former mother-in-law.
Within five hours negotiations were conducted with the criminal, however he hasn't released the hostage. The man also has refused to talk to the relatives. The criminal, threatening with a knife, every minute behaved more and more aggressively.
As a result police officers had to use a service weapon. The man has been killed on the scene. The hostage girl hasn't suffered.

A number of villages in Kyzylzhar district and micro-districts Podgora, Kozhevenny, Zarechny, Kossogor are still under water, with 2,886 residential buildings affected by the flood. All of them are provided with meals and essential supplies. 149 families have already received lump-sum social payment. 470 tons of humanitarian aid were sent to the region from Astana, Almaty, East Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, Pavlodar, and Akmola regions, as well as from Russia’s Omsk," said Duzelbayev.
