Kazakhstan to form the presidential reserve heads of law enforcement agencies

The main goal is to create a presidential reserve cadre of professional guidance, said on Tuesday the Deputy Prosecutory General of Kazakhstan Zhakyp Asanov during a round table discussion on the concept of law enforcement personnel policy.

Astana. June 5. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan will form the presidential reserve the heads of law enforcement agencies, Kazakhstan Today reports.

The main goal is to create a presidential reserve cadre of professional guidance, said on Tuesday the Deputy Prosecutory General of Kazakhstan Zhakyp Asanov during a round table discussion on the concept of law enforcement personnel policy.

He said the presidential reserve will be set up by the head of the state committee on personnel policy in law enforcement, and inr special bodies - the Secretariat of the Security Council.

J. Assanov also noted that the work of the Presidential Reserve consists of three main phases: selection, training of reservists, and implementation of active reserve.

"Best before" in the presidential reserve is 3 years. If during this time a reservist is not appointed, then he can be enlisted to the reserve on general terms and conditions," J. Assanov informed.

Reservists will undergo refresher courses created by the General Prosecutor's Office Academy of law enforcement and foreign educational institutions.

As previously reported, Kazakhstan formed a committee under the President of Kazakhstan on personnel policy in law enforcement. The corresponding decree "On some issues of personnel policy in law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was signed by the Head of State on April 15, 2013.
