Annually by means of bracelets about 6 thousand people will be controlled.

Astana. 14 September. Kazakhstan Today - Annually by means of bracelets about 6 thousand people will be controlled.

In Kazakhstan since 2018 electronic bracelets for convicts will be introduced, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Kalmukhanbet Kasymov told during government hour in Majilis of Parliament.

"The project developed by the ministry is agreed with the interested state agencies now. From next year we plan to start implementation of the project within public-private partnership," the minister said.

According to him, under control by means of electronic bracelets there will be about 6 thousand people annually.

"Any attempt to break the set mode will be quickly stopped by the staff of service," he emphasized.

The head of department has reported that electronic bracelets will be manufactured in Kazakhstan.

"In the beginning we just wanted to buy bracelets, but it is very burdensome for the budget. Of course, we could buy Turkish, Russian and Israeli ones. But they will sell them to us and will throw, and then who is going to serve them? Who will dress them? How to do it? The budget which we didn't use two years has been selected to us. We have gone then on other way. Now in Talgar the plant, the equipment completely Japanese is constructed. You saw production. Now this program passes the examination," the minister informed.

According to him, such decision is the most economic and convenient.

"As soon as it will begin to act from next year within PPP, they will give them to us, we will use them. We will pay for rent. I think, it is more economical for the budget. And if we buy the Israeli, then we will address all the time. They constantly break. Such problem will be. And here the producer nearby, and they will serve. Therefore have gone on this way, it is very economical," the Interior Minister added.
