In Almaty, two residential complexes to be built under the Nurly Zher Program
Almaty. September 25. Kazakhstan Today - Two residential complexes will be built in Almaty under the Nurly Zher Program, Kazakhstan Today reports.
There will be 14 residential buildings in Nauryzbaysky district and 8 more residential buildings of Almaly Residential Complex in Alatau district. In total, both projects are designed for 994 and 557 apartments, the information service kn.kz reports with reference to the press service of Zhilstroysberbank.
The developers are Timus Construction LLP and Basis JSC (Pacific Group LLP). They plan to equip the infrastructure projects necessary for the comfortable and safe life of citizens.
The first houses in the Shugyl microdistrict in the Nauryzbaysky district are planned to be put into operation in October 2017. Construction of the second project of Almaly Residential Complex in Alatau district is planned to be completed in the first half of 2019.

Oil spill detected in Caspian Sea
According to space monitoring data, received from Sentinel-1A (02:43 UTC), an oil spill was detected on March 30 in the area of Kashagan field in the Caspian Sea. The spill area is about 7 square kilometers. The spill was drifting to the north of the Caspian Sea," the publication reads.
If these facts are confirmed by Atyrau region’s Ecology Department, unscheduled inspection will be conducted at the North Caspian Operating Company. The results will be reported additionally," the Ecology Committee says.
