"A Russian Proton-M rocket carrying three GLONASS navigation satellites blasted off from Kazakhstan's Baikonur cosmodrome at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle crashed ten seconds after take off about 2 kilometers away from the launch site.
