New Vice Minister of Agriculture appointed
He began his labor activity in 1985. In 1985-1999, he was a worker, agronomist, chief agronomist, director of the state farm. In 1999-2008? he worked in various positions in state bodies, headed the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan regional public organization. In 2008-2010, he held the post of Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2010-2016, he worked in national companies, headed the Mazhiko Managing Holding LLP, and Kazakhstan Business Council of the AIC, association of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
From October 2016 to the present, he held the post of state inspector of the Department of State Control and organizational and territorial work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the Kurmet order.
Gulmira Issaeva was born in 1969 in the Almaty region. In 1991, she graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry, in 2010 — the Kazakh National Agrarian University. By specialty she is an engineering technologist.
She began her labor activity in 1991. In 1991-2010, she worked as a senior teacher, graduate student, chief specialist, junior, senior research fellow, chief technologist, zootechnician-breeder.
In 2010-2012, she worked in national companies. In 2012-2017, she held the post of Vice Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From October 2017 to the present time, she worked as an advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She was awarded the Kurmet order.
