Procedure of receiving verification letters is simplified on egov.kz

It will be possible to receive verification letters on e-government portal without binding it to the EDS, NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

Astana. 19 April. Kazakhstan Today - It will be possible to receive verification letters on e-government portal without binding it to the EDS, NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

Of the state bodies, only the Prosecutor General's Office decided to test know-how so far. From now on, in order to obtain police clearance certificate on e- government portal, it is not necessary to have the EDS. Kazakhstanis will be able to receive it with the help of one-time sms-password, which will be sent to the cell phone of the recipient at the authorization on the portal egov.kz.

According to Chairman of the Board of "SC "Government for Citizens" Ablaikhan Ospanov, an innovation will greatly facilitate the receipt of services on the portal.

"Not all Kazakhstanis have the EDS, and those who have donИt always carry it with them, just as it is not convenient for everyone to go to the PSC for one reference. In such cases, the receipt of services using a one-time password is an ideal way out. You can get the one-time password in the PSC, by attaching IIN to the phone number. So soon, without binding to the EDS, it will be possible to receive other public services," A. Ospanov told.

By the way, also for obtaining the one-time password, a citizen can be registered in the base of m-gov phone numbers on the e-government portal.

This project was implemented in a pilot mode on the initiative of the Ministry of Information and Communications in conjunction with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is worth noting that at present work is also being carried out to simplify the processes of obtaining government services of other state bodies.
