Almaty. September 30. Kazakhstan Today - World market prices for ferrochromium decreased. According to Metal Pages, average spot price of low-carbon ferrochromium (content of chrome 65 %), and high-carbon ferrochromium (on the basis of 60 % of chrome) in the market of Europe for the last month has decreased.

Prices of ferrochromium have decreased due to reduction of demand of manufacturers of stainless steel.

In the opinion of some experts, the world market of stainless steel has passed an extreme point of recession, but it can be improved in the nearest month.
