D. Nazarbayeva re-elected Chairman of Congress of journalists of Kazakhstan executive committee
Astana. December 13. Kazakhstan Today - Dariga Nazarbayeva was re-elected the Chairman of the executive committee at the session of the executive committee of the Congress of journalists of Kazakhstan taken place on Tuesday. The Chairman of the Union of journalists of Kazakhstan Seytkazy Matayev informed at the press conference in Astana, the agency reports.
According to the regulations, the executive committee of the Congress of journalists is elected for the period of one year, S. Matayev explained.
"I have the whole year ahead to actively work in the interests of media community," D. Nazarbayeva said.
The next session of the Congress of journalists of Kazakhstan will take place in the end of March - the beginning of April, 2007 in Kostanay. The session participants will discuss the questions of vocational training of journalists.
