Almaty. August 11. Kazakhstan Today - Medrese has been opened in Almaty, the agency reports citing the official mass media.

According to Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan, Absattar kazhy Derbisali, today similar educational institutions have been opened all over the country. Last year, they were opened in Uralsk, Pavlodar, and Aktobe. Medrese abu Hanif was opened today in Almaty, which will have students from all the regions of the country.

"We attach huge significance to quality of teaching and we will invite the best teachers. According to State Standard, 60 % of the curriculum makes up religious subjects and 40 % - secular," the Supreme mufti of the country said.
