Agreement on increase of Kazakhstan oil transit through Russia to be signed until the end of 2010

The agreement on increase of the Kazakhstan oil transit through the territory of Russia will be signed until the end of 2010. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at a briefing during the Baikal Economic Forum on Tuesday, the agency reports citing an information-analytical portal Neft Rossii.

Almaty. September 8. Kazakhstan Today - The agreement on increase of the Kazakhstan oil transit through the territory of Russia will be signed until the end of 2010. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed at a briefing during the Baikal Economic Forum on Tuesday, the agency reports citing an information-analytical portal Neft Rossii.

"I think that these negotiations will be completed by the end of 2010," K. Masimov said.

Transit of the Kazakhstan oil through the territory of the Russian Federation should grow by 2020 by 1.5 times - from 45 million tons in 2010 to not less than 69 million tons of oil in 2020.
