Budget income from the oil sector in 2009 is expected to be 1.2 trillion KZT. Vice Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Timur Suleymenov, informed at III Fitch Ratings Annual Conference on Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

Almaty. April 21. Kazakhstan Today - Budget income from the oil sector in 2009 is expected to be 1.2 trillion KZT. Vice Minister of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, Timur Suleymenov, informed at III Fitch Ratings Annual Conference on Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

"As we planned, the income, which was planned in the budget at the rate of 1.2 trillion, will return to the budget," T. Suleymenov said.

"This is the income from the oil sector, which traditionally goes to the National Fund and then through the guaranteed transfers are re-directed to the development projects," he explained.
