Deliveries of gas to Russia from Turkmenistan resumed

Deliveries of gas to Russia from Turkmenistan have been resumed on three out of four pipelines. Vice chairman of Gazprom, Valery Golubev, informed today, the agency reports citing RIA RosBusinessConsulting (RBC).

Almaty. April 10. Kazakhstan Today - Deliveries of gas to Russia from Turkmenistan have been resumed on three out of four pipelines. Vice chairman of Gazprom, Valery Golubev, informed today, the agency reports citing RIA RosBusinessConsulting (RBC).

According to V. Golubev, termination of deliveries of gas is out of the question. Gazprom representative informed that he plans to meet Vice Prime Minister of Turkmenistan in the near future to discuss this question.

As informed earlier, Turkmenistan stopped delivery of gas to Russia due to explosion on the gas pipeline occurred near Uzbekistan border.
