Elimination of barriers in mutual trade will increase GDP of Customs Union states by 15 - 20 % by 2015. The Secretary General of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), Tair Mansurov, informed in the interview to the newspaper Kazakhstan Pravda, the agency reports.

Almaty. June 25. Kazakhstan Today - Elimination of barriers in mutual trade will increase GDP of Customs Union states by 15 - 20 % by 2015. The Secretary General of the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), Tair Mansurov, informed in the interview to the newspaper Kazakhstan Pravda, the agency reports.

T. Mansurov reminded uniform rates of custom duties on all kinds of goods have been coordinated. "According to the plan, customs registration and control at the internal borders of the Customs Union will be cancelled by July 2010. It will allow free transportation of goods. Lifting restrictions in mutual trade will increase goods turnover," EurAsEC Secretary General informed.

"Elimination of customs and other administrative barriers in mutual trade will promote economic growth and an additional GDP growth of the Customs Union states by 15 - 20 % by 2015," T. Mansurov informed.

"Creation of uniform customs territory is the foundation for forming of uniform economic space. The next stages - formation of the uniform transport, energy and information markets.
