Export duty on oil to be increased up to $223.9 for ton in Russia

Moscow. July 18. Kazakhstan Today - The export oil duty since August 1, 2007 will be increased up to $223.9 per ton. The Chairman of the government of the Russian Federation Michael Fradkov signed the order, the agency reports referring to the message of the press service of the cabinet of the Russian Federation.

According to the press service, the duty on light mineral oil will reach $163.2, on dark - $87.9.

As it was already informed, the export oil duty since June 1 has been increased by up to $200.6 per ton. The duty on light mineral oil made $147.5, on dark - $79.4.

The government of the Russian Federation establishes duties on oil after carrying out of bi-monthly monitoring prices of Russian Urals in the world markets of raw material to define the average price for this period and proceeding from established by the law On Custom Duties limit rates of duties.
