Growth of inflationary pressure not expected in Kazakhstan

Astana. January 13. Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Anvar Saydenov, said at today's government session growth of inflationary pressure is not expected in the immediate prospects in Kazakhstan, the agency reports.

"The government's goal is to mitigate monetary and credit policy... We will continue the policy of granting the banks short-term liquidity, will consider further expansion of the mortgage list, granting of non-depository credits and investment in the banks of the deposits of the National Bank," the chairman of the National Bank emphasized.

"Development and introduction of the system of the guaranteed obligations will promote decrease of degree of mistrust, redistribution of resources through the interbank market, and realization of access to the operations in the monetary market of short-term tools," A. Saydenov said.
