Kazakhstan increases export oil duty up to $203.8 for ton

Kazakhstan increases customs duties on export of oil from $109.91 up to $203.8 for a ton, the agency reports referring to official mass media.

Almaty. September 11. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan increases customs duties on export of oil from $109.91 up to $203.8 for a ton, the agency reports referring to official mass media.

According to the government decree on introduction of amendments to the decree of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2005 №1036, published today in official press, customs duties for export of oil have been increased from $109.91 up to $203.8 for a ton, the rate of customs duties for payers of rent tax on exported crude oil and gas condensate has been increased from $27.43 up to $121.32 for a ton.

The rate of customs duties on export of heavy distillates (liquid fuel), oil coke and bitumen has been established at the rate of $112.5 for a ton (earlier $82.2).

The decree will come into force after 30 calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
