Kazakhstan international reserves increased by 2%

Almaty. July 18. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan international reserves in current prices, including money of the National Fund (by preliminary data $10. 068.5 million) have grown in the first half of July by 2% and have made $23. 386.6 million. Kazakh National Bank press service informed the agency.

In the current prices net international reserves of the National Bank have grown by 1.8 % (or by $234.4 million). Purchase of currency in the internal currency market and currency inflow to the government account even in conditions of carrying out of operations on updating National Fund actives led to increase in pure foreign currency reserves (hard currency) by $141.3 million.

Actives in gold have grown by $93.1 million as a result of its price growth in the world markets by 8.1 %. In real terms, pure international reserves of the Central Bank have grown by 1.1%, pure actives in hard currency - by 1.2 %, actives in gold have not changed.
