Almaty. July 9. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan suggests excluding mineral oil from free trade mode with Ukraine, a source in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine informed, the agency reports citing an information portal Delo.

"Deputy Director of Department of Development of Petroleum Industry of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan, Amantay Suesinov, confirms existence of such a claim. As he said, the problem is in re-export of Kazakhstan mineral oil," the source informs.

"It turns out, the goods are bought from us without payment of duty and then re-sold to the third countries at higher price," A. Suesinov explained. In his opinion, re-export issue should be coordinated with Kazakhstan and, accordingly, custom duties should be paid.
