Kazakhstani citizens transferred over 220 billion tenges to Russia and Uzbekistan

Against the figure for the previous year, the number of transactions has transferred by 9.3% over eight months
The number of money transfers sent by Kazakhstani citizens abroad from January to September has made up 380.1 billion tenges, that is by 27.5% more compared to the same period of the past year when there was a 25.2% increase, Ranking.kz reports.

The number of transactions over the eight months has reached 1.8 million by 9.3% more than that of the previous year.

Most transfers were sent to Russia - 147.8 billion tenges with a 2 increase erase over the year. The share of the total volume of transfers sent abroad has decreased from 39% to 38.9%.

The next is Uzbekistan wich 72.6 million tenges sent to this country, there has seen a 33.1% increase over the year, and the country's share in the total number of transactions abroad has increased from 18.3% to 19.1%.

The third is Turkey - 41.3 billion tenges with an 89% increase, its share has increased from 7.3% to 10.9%.

Among the money transferring systems, the most volume of transfers sent to abroad is made by Golden Crown - 241.2 billion tenges, that is by 67.6% more than in the past year, the share of the system has increased from 48.3% to 63.5%.

Western Union - 55.6 billion tenges, a 13.5% increase over the year. The system's share has decreased from 16.4% to 14.6%.

Unistream - 31.2 billion tenges that is by 1.4% less compared to the previous year. The share of the system has fallen from 10.6% to 8.2%.
