Mid-annual prices for oil in 2009 - 2010 to be $50 per barrel

According to the amended scenario of development of the economy for 2009 - 2014, the mid-annual prices for oil will be in 2009 - 2010 - $50 per barrel and in 2011 - 2014 - $60 per barrel. The press service of the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan informed the agency.

Today - According to the amended scenario of development of the economy for 2009 - 2014, the mid-annual prices for oil will be in 2009 - 2010 - $50 per barrel and in 2011 - 2014 - $60 per barrel. The press service of the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan informed the agency.

"The Council for Economic Policy on June, 11th of 2009 considered the amended scenario of development of the economy for 2009 - 2014. The scenario assumes that the mid-annual price for oil will be in 2009 - 2010 - $50 per barrel and in 2011 - 2014 - $60 per barrel that is higher the indicators accepted in the budget for 2009 - 2011 by $10 in each of the considered years," the press service informed.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Budgetary Planning of Kazakhstan, receipts in National fund in 2009 will be 1477.9 billion KZT that exceeds the planned level by 285.1 billion KZT and in 2010 - by 483.2 billion KZT.

The Ministry of Economy reminded that, according to the address of the head of the state to the people of Kazakhstan of March 6, 2009, all receipts from the raw sector in 2009 - 2010 will be directed for modernization of the economy and realization of the strategy of employment to maintain post-crisis development of the country.
