National budget receipts to grow by more than 4 %

The National budget receipts for 2010 have been defined at the level of 3517.8 billion KZT that is by 4.1 % more in comparison with the current budget. The Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Bolat Zhamishev, informed at the government session, presenting the bill on the amendments and additions to the Law on the National Budget for 2010 - 2012, the agency reports.

Astana. September 8. Kazakhstan Today - The National budget receipts for 2010 have been defined at the level of 3517.8 billion KZT that is by 4.1 % more in comparison with the current budget. The Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Bolat Zhamishev, informed at the government session, presenting the bill on the amendments and additions to the Law on the National Budget for 2010 - 2012, the agency reports.

"The National budget receipts for 2010 have been defined at the level of 3517.8 billion KZT, which is higher in comparison with the current budget - 139.4 billion KZT, or 4.1 %," B. Zhamishev said.

"The income increase has been forecasted at 169.1 billion KZT, including - 78.6 billion KZT in connection with introduction of the export customs oil duties under $20 per ton rate. 43.1 billion KZT - due to a decrease in VAT return taxable under zero rate.24.9 billion KZT - due to non-recurrent receipts, including the sums, charged additionally after additional customs inspections."

According to B. Zhamishev, the National budget income will decrease by 33.6 billion KZT due to the change of terms of VAT payment for imported goods, the changes of volume of foreign trade turnover, and revision of income receipts, following the results of seven months.
