Nurbank to increase authorized capital by $95.2 million

Almaty. June 14. Kazakhstan Today - Nurbank Company will increase authorized capital by $95.2 million. The bank press service informed the agency.

According to the press service, from now on the authorized capital of the bank has been increased by 8.6 billion KZT ($70.6 million), and next week it is planned to increase by 3 billion KZT ($24.6 million). Thus, aggregate authorized capital will increase by 11.6 billion KZT ($95.2 million).

For May 1, 2007 Nurbank capital reached 25.8 billion KZT ($211.8 million), including the authorized capital - 15.4 billion KZT ($126.4 million). For 2006 net profit of Nurbank Company reached 2.06 billion KZT ($16.9 million), and for three months of 2007 the bank received 1.2 billion KZT ($9.8 million) of net profit, which shareholders of the bank plan to direct for further development of the business.

As it was informed earlier, on June 12, 2007 the Agency of the Republic Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations decree № 160 granted the consent to obtain the status of the large participant of Nurbank Company to Dariga Nazarbayeva and Nurali Aliyev.
