Oil extraction of OPEC cartel in June grown by 28.7 million barrels a day

Oil extraction of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in June, 2009 has increased by 75 thousand barrels per day up to 28.7 million barrels per day. The report of the International Energy Agency published today (IEA) states, the agency reports citing an information-analytical portal Neft Rossii.

Kazakhstan Today - Oil extraction of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in June, 2009 has increased by 75 thousand barrels per day up to 28.7 million barrels per day. The report of the International Energy Agency published today (IEA) states, the agency reports citing an information-analytical portal Neft Rossii.

Oil extraction has grown in the OPEC countries for the second month in a row. In June, oil extraction in 12 OPEC countries, despite disorders in Nigeria, increased by 75 thousand barrels per day and has totaled 28.7 million barrels a day. Including oil extraction in 11 OPEC countries (except in Iraq) in June reached 26.2 million barrels a day.
