President of Turkmenistan decided to raise procurement prices of grain in 2009

The President of Kazakhstan, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, made a decision to considerably raise procurement prices of grain of crop of 2009. He informed at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kazakhstan on August 20, the agency reports referring to Asia Plus agency.

Dushanbe. August 22. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, made a decision to considerably raise procurement prices of grain of crop of 2009. He informed at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kazakhstan on August 20, the agency reports referring to Asia Plus agency.

According to the State news agency of Turkmenistan, Berdymuhamedov drew attention to importance of stimulation of farmers' work and informed on the decision to significantly increase procurement prices of grain. The state will allocate huge resources for these objectives. 1 ton of grain in 2009 will cost 2 million manat ($140) that will enable farmers to increase net profit by more than one and a half time.
