Prices for oil decreased below $37

The prices for oil in the world market have fallen below $37, the agency reports citing the New York commodity exchange (New York Mercantile Exchange, NYMEX) and London stock exchange InterContinental Exchange Futures (ICE).

Almaty. January 13. Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil in the world market have fallen below $37, the agency reports citing the New York commodity exchange (New York Mercantile Exchange, NYMEX) and London stock exchange InterContinental Exchange Futures (ICE).

Following the results of the last tenders, the cost of February futures in New York on NYMEX - Light Sweet Crude Oil - totals $36.60 for a barrel and in London on ICE - Brent Crude - $42.56 for a barrel.

As informed earlier, the cost of February oil futures, following the results of the tenders for January, 12th, reached: $42.91 (-1.51) and $37.59 (-3.24) for a barrel.
