Prime Minister introduced candidature of new akim of Northern Kazakhstan oblast

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov proposed candidature of Serik Bilyalov for the post of the oblast akim in the regional maslikhat of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast on Tuesday, the source in the akimat of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast informed the agency.

Petropavlovsk. October 10. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov proposed candidature of Serik Bilyalov for the post of the oblast akim in the regional maslikhat of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast on Tuesday, the source in the akimat of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast informed the agency.

The maslikhat deputies supported the candidature of the new akim unanimously.

Serik Bilyalov was born in 1958 in the village Sartomar of Bulayev region of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast. He graduated from the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute and Almaty Institute of Economy and Statistics. He acquired the profession of Economist and Zooengineer. His work experience began in 1974 as a veterinarian in the state farm named after Mologvardeytsov of Vozvyshensky region of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast, worked as the President of Company Bishkulskaya poultry farm. Till April 2007 he held the post of the assistant akim of the Kyzylzhar region of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast and since April until present he worked as deputy akim of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast.
