Almaty. December 23. Kazakhstan Today - The concept of a uniform agro-policy of the Russian Federation and Belarus assumes state support restriction of 10 % of total cost of agricultural products within 6 years. This document was signed by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Elena Skrynnik, and the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Belarus, Michael Rusyi, the agency reports citing RIA RosBusinessConsulting (RBC).

This concept provides uniform rules of state support to agro-complexes of two countries. The document has been prepared within the limits of formation of the standard base of the uniform economic space of the Customs Union (taking into account the interests of Kazakhstan).

Non-conformity of some of Belarus agricultural goods with the Russian standards became the reason of embargo on deliveries of dairy production in the Russian Federation in 2009. The concept assumes introduction of uniform systems of technical regulation, standardization and certification of production in the markets of the union state.
