Talks between Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan on retaining parallel work of energy ring postponed

Bishkek. October 31. Kazakhstan Today - Talks between Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan on retaining of parallel work of the energy ring are postponed to November.

According to Deputy Director General of National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan OJSC, Alexey Borodin, the parties made such decision concordantly, 24.kg news agency reports.

"There are technical issues that require detailed workout. Due to this, the agreement was not signed on October 25 as it was planned. But it will be surely singed in November," Alexey Borodin believes.
