Total international reserves increased by 13.73 %

Total international reserves, as of February 1, 2010, have increased by 13.73 % and have amounted to $26 405.3 million, the agency reports citing the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

Almaty. February 4. Kazakhstan Today - Total international reserves, as of February 1, 2010, have increased by 13.73 % and have amounted to $26 405.3 million, the agency reports citing the National Bank of Kazakhstan.

The assets of the National fund have grown by 1.03 % and have amounted to $24 619 million during the accounting period.

The assets in hard currency, as of January, have grown by 15.61 % and have reached $23 953 million, in gold - have decreased by 1.92 % down to $2453 million.

Net international reserves in January grew by 14.07 % and amounted to $25 847 million.

According to the National Bank, the monetary base, as of February, 1, 2010, totaled 2584.6 billion KZT.
