Almaty. September 14. Kazakhstan Today - The West Kazakhstan region is actively developing rural entrepreneurship, Kazakhstan Today reports.

According to Caspionet, five years ago, a resident of the Peremyotnoye village in the Zelyonovsky district, Alexander Zhilkin set up an unusual production line. The former physical education teacher found a technology for manhole covers production using polymer and sand on the internet, took a loan from the Damu fund, bought a building and necessary equipment and today he produces 12 thousand tonnes of finished goods per year.

"Rigs are removed and the litter layer and the geomembrane in particular are sent for processing to our plant. We mix it with sand, adding plasticizers and manufacture their products. We kill two birds with one stone, saving the environment and manufacturing products that people want," Alexander Zhilkin, entrepreneur said.

The entrepreneur produces manhole covers from oil industry waste. He purchases raw materials with the help of sub-contracting organizations. Persistence and diligence helped the entrepreneur to achieve his goal. Currently, he sells his products to other regions of Kazakhstan and is establishing contacts with Russian enterprises. The enterprise employs over 30 people who are happy with their stable income.

"I have been working here as a welder for five year and I have a stable salary. We are processing oil industry waste and manufacturing products. I receive my salary on time and I have work throughout the year," Yerbolat Izmukhanov, Peremyotnoye Villager said.

The entrepreneur was happy with the statement of the head of state in front of Kazakhstan MPs and especially the part where the president gave the task to revise the system of Kazakhstan's share in the processing industry and develop its own model of local entrepreneurs support. In the near future, it is planned to invest in a new project of rural businesses as part of the Business Road Map-2020. The entrepreneur is planning to manufacture septic tanks made of recycled materials. The expansion of production will create new jobs.
