World prices for oil decreased on September 21

The prices for oil at the tenders on Tuesday, September 21, decreased due to the results of a session of the USA Federal Reserve System, which did not accept any concrete decisions in regards to the new measures of economic support. The season of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico has come to an end, therefore, oil deliveries, for this reason, will not suffer any more.

Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil at the tenders on Tuesday, September 21, decreased due to the results of a session of the USA Federal Reserve System, which did not accept any concrete decisions in regards to the new measures of economic support. The season of hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico has come to an end, therefore, oil deliveries, for this reason, will not suffer any more.

The official cost of the November futures contract (settlement) of North Sea Brent Crude at the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) within the last trading day decreased from $79.32 to $78.42 per barrel.

The official cost of the October futures contract (settlement) on Light Sweet Crude Oil (WTI) at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) within the last trading day decreased from $76.19 to $74.97 per barrel.

The price of the OPEC oil basket (OPEC Reference Basket) increased on September 20 from $74.95 to $75.26 per barrel.
