World prices for oil gone down

The prices for oil at the leading oil stock exchanges, following the results of the tenders, went down on June 26, 2009, the agency reports citing the data of London stock exchange InterContinental Exchange Futures (ICE) and the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).

Kazakhstan Today - The prices for oil at the leading oil stock exchanges, following the results of the tenders, went down on June 26, 2009, the agency reports citing the data of London stock exchange InterContinental Exchange Futures (ICE) and the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX).

In particular, the price for oil futures with delivery in August on Friday amounted to: on ICE - IPE e-Brent Crude Futures Electronic - $68.92 (- $0.86) per barrel and on NYMEX - Light, Sweet Crude Oil - $69.16 (- $1.07) per barrel.

At the moment, the price of August futures for Brent oil at the stock exchange ICE amounts to $68.56 per barrel and for Light Sweet Crude Oil on NYMEX - $68.73 per barrel.
