"Decoding of the black box proceeds. The results of the investigation of the reasons of the crash will be known by the end of the month," Marat Tyuleubayev informed.

As it was informed earlier, the plane making transit flight Hanover - Almaty - Hong Kong belonging to the German company, during take off the plane left the course of the flight and breached a concrete fence of the airport, fell down and caught fire. One person died out of four people onboard and three received wounds of various degrees.

The Southeast Department of Internal Affairs for Transport instituted the criminal case according to the article 295, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan (infringements of safety rules of operation of air transport that entailed death of a person).
