Due to the false bomb threat 140 children were evacuated from a kindergarten in Almaty

On July 22 at 00:25 p.m. an operational duty officer of the Almaty Emergency Situations Department informed the OCC (Operations Control Center) of the Police Office department in Almaty region, on alleged bomb threat in one of the city's kindergartens.

Almaty. July 24. Kazakhstan Today - Because of the false bomb threat call 140 children and 39 employees were evacuated from the kindergarten in Almaty, Kazakhstan Today reports.

On July 22 at 00:25 p.m. an operational duty officer of the Almaty Emergency Situations Department informed the OCC (Operations Control Center) of the Police Office department in Almaty region, on alleged bomb threat in one of the city's kindergartens, the press service of the Internal Affairs of Almaty stated.

140 children and 39 staff members of the kindergarten was evacuated to the nearby school.

"During the inspection of the kindergarten buildings and grounds by sappers of emergency services of the explosive devices and items of current interest were not found. The anonymous call from an unidentified man was received on the office telephone of the director of the kindergarten," the press service informed.

At present, they are taking operative-search measures aimed at establishing and detention of a person who reported false information about a bomb threat.
