"The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan has created the commission for special investigation of the circumstances of the accident occurred on February 28, 2008 as a result of helicopter Mi-8 RGP Kazaviaspas crash on the territory of Kyzylorda oblast, Zhalagash region, according to the Labor Code of Kazakhstan. The families of the victims will be rendered all social protection stipulated by the legislation," the message informs.

As it was informed earlier, on February 28, helicopter Kazaviaspas crashed approaching the regional center Zhalagash with 18 people onboard. As a result of the crash, five people died: the deputy chief of the regional Emergency Department Kazbek Toremanov, the press secretary of akim of Kyzylorda oblast Sahidzhan Bermaganbetov, the senior officer of the Emergency Ministry Nurlan Kumarov, the commander of the helicopter Fahradin Ungarbayev and a member of the crew Galym Nurmaganbetov. Among the injured - the akim of the region Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed.
