Next detoxication of the area of Proton crash to be held
Astana. October 5. Kazakhstan Today - Next detoxication will be conducted on the area of the crash of the Russian booster rocket Proton-M in the Karaganda oblast, the agency reports referring to the press service of the Emergency Ministry of Kazakhstan.
"The fourth detoxication is planned on the territory of the crash of the top part of the booster block Breeze-M and a transitive compartment of the space vehicle of the booster rocket Proton-M after working off on the technical project, the Emergency Ministry press service informed on Friday.
The press service noted that on the territory of the crash of the booster block (small crater) after carrying out of detoxification and on the area of the crash of the second missile stage (large crater) after carrying out of recultivation excess of the minimum admissible level of heptyl have not been revealed.
As it was informed earlier, the booster rocket Proton-M crashed in Ulytau oblast of the Karaganda oblast, in 40 km from Zhezkazgan on September 6 after launch from the cosmodrome Baikonur. According to the preliminary estimations, the crash of the booster rocket Proton-M occurred due to failure of steering machines, which operated force vector.
