Bishkek. April 30. Kazakhstan Today - The south of Kyrgyzstan hit 5 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale on Wednesday at 14.26, the agency reports citing the press service of the Ministry of Emergency of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Institute of Seismology of National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, the seismic centre was in 140 kilometers to the southeast from Osh and in 55 kilometers to the southeast from the village Sopukurgan.

"5 magnitude earthquake was felt in Nur village," the press service of the Emergency Ministry informed. According to preliminary data, there are neither destructions nor victims of the earthquake.
