Tajikistan hit 5 magnitude earthquake
Dushanbe. July 21. Kazakhstan Today - Tajikistan hit 5 magnitude earthquake on July 20 at 04.00, the agency reports referring to Asia Plus news agency.
According to Tajikistan Government Committee on Emergency Situations and Civil Defense, the magnitude in the epicenter of the earthquake - 240 kilometers to the south east of Dushanbe reached 5 points. Dushanbe hit 4 magnitude earthquake and in Gorno-Badakhshan autonomous region - 2-3 points. There is no information on victims and destructions.
According to Tajik seismologists, annually nearly 2.5 - 3 thousand earthquakes of various magnitude occur on the territory of the country.
