Yunnan Province hit another earthquake

Yunnan Province of the Chinese National Republic hit another earthquake, the agency reports citing Xinhua.

Almaty. July 13. Kazakhstan Today - Yunnan Province of the Chinese National Republic hit another earthquake, the agency reports citing Xinhua.

According to Xinhua, Seismological Bureau of China, "another 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit Yao'an county of Yunnan Province in the southwest of China at 00:01 local time. On July 9, there was a 6 magnitude earthquake.

The epicenter of the tremors was in the Yao'an County located in a mountainous area in 200 kilometers from the administrative centre of the province of the city Kunming.

As a result of the earthquake, one person died and 324 received injuries. 18 thousand houses have been completely destroyed and 40 thousand structures have been damaged.

The mountainous Yao'an County hit another 5.2 magnitude earthquake at 17.00 on July 10.
