Afghanistan first vice President to visit Kazakhstan

Astana. June 11. Kazakhstan Today - The delegation headed by the first vice President of the Islamic Republic Afghanistan Ahmad Zia Masud is expected to visit Kazakhstan on June 13-15. The Kazakhstan MFA official representative Yerzhan Ashikbayev informed today at the briefing, the agency reports.

"The delegation will include the heads of the state bodies and business circles of Afghanistan," Y. Ashikbayev said. "During the negotiations the parties will discuss the questions of political cooperation, activization of economic interaction, regional integration, safety, struggle against production and spread of drug addiction and international terrorism," he added.

The representative of the foreign policy department reminded that the main spheres of bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Afghanistan are trade, agriculture, power, transport, geology, education and public health services.
