Ambassador to Canada, President of Canadian Space Agency discussed cooperation questions

The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada, Yerlan Abildaev, met the President of the Canadian Space Agency, the Canadian astronaut Steve Macklin, to discuss the questions of cooperation of two countries in space area in Ottawa (Canada) on April, 1st, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan informed the agency.

Kazakhstan Today - The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Canada, Yerlan Abildaev, met the President of the Canadian Space Agency, the Canadian astronaut Steve Macklin, to discuss the questions of cooperation of two countries in space area in Ottawa (Canada) on April, 1st, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan informed the agency.

According to the press service, Y. Abildaev acquainted his interlocutor with the current condition of development of space branch in Kazakhstan.

S. Macklin informed that he personally would be present at the launch of the spacecraft and hopes to meet his Kazakhstan counterpart, Talgat Musabaev, to discuss with him important questions of cooperation of two space departments.
