Almaty. September 11. Kazakhstan Today - Cholpon-Ata hosted the first joint session concerning migration of CSTO and EurAsEC working bodies on Wednesday, the agency reports referring to CSTO press service.

According to the press service, representatives of CSTO Coordination Council for struggle against illegal migration and Migration Council at EurAsEC Integration Committee took part in the work of the session.

According to the press service, the agenda of the first session of Migration Council - realization of practical steps on strengthening of CSTO and EurAsEC cooperation.

According to the Russian mass media, according to CSTO Assistant Secretary General, Toktasyn Byzubayev, first of all, this is creation of databank on migrants, both legal and illegal. Secondly - "defining of common approaches to development and application of the national legislations of the CSTO and EurAsEC member states in the field of migration."

Collective Security Treaty Organization includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are Eurasian Economic Community members.
