CIS Prime Ministers discussed questions connected with financial crisis
Astana. May 22. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Ministers of the CIS countries discussed the questions connected with financial and economic crisis. Zynaida Grechanaya, the chairman of the council, informed today at the session of Council of Prime Ministers of the CIS countries in the extended structure, the agency reports.
"During the meeting the leaders of the delegations discussed the question of the global financial and economic crisis and its negative influence on the situation in our countries," Z. Grechanaya said.
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed, "the Prime Ministers of the CIS countries informed each other on the course of execution of those anti-recessionary programs accepted by the national governments." "Last time we discussed this issue in Moldova in Kishinev when the world economic crisis has only started to grow. The governments then developed the anti-recessionary programs and, in many respects, there was still an uncertain situation," he said.
