Customs Union not dealt with question of distribution of payments

Almaty. January 28. Kazakhstan Today - The Customs Union Commission headed by First Vice Premiers of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia could not deal with the question of transfer to the national accounts of the funds, customs payments, on Wednesday, the agency reports citing Vesti.Ru.

"We need to work over some questions within the nearest two weeks, including distribution of the money resources received from customs duties. Belarus put forward a number of proposals, which will be studied," First Vice Premier of the Russian Federation, Igor Shuvalov, informed.

The question of transfer of the money resources from customs payments to the national accounts was the main topic of the session. The members of the committee discussed the question of non-tariff regulation of the Customs Union work.

Vice Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shatalov, explained that Russia and Kazakhstan suggested distributing customs payments in the following proportion: 86.5 % - the Russian Federation, 8.5 % - Kazakhstan and 5 % - Belarus. However, Belarus suggests increasing its share by 0.3 %.
