Estonia is interested in development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Kazakhstan in energy sphere. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Estonian Republic, Urmas Paet, stated at the meeting with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov on Saturday, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.

Astana. October 20. Kazakhstan Today - Estonia is interested in development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Kazakhstan in energy sphere. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Estonian Republic, Urmas Paet, stated at the meeting with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov on Saturday, the agency reports referring to the prime minister's press service.

"U. Paet expressed interest "in development of mutually beneficial cooperation in energy sphere, in construction of the oil pipeline from the Caspian Sea up to the Baltic Sea," the press release informs.

According to the press service, the participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on the conditions of mutual relations and prospects of development of cooperation in trade and economic and cultural-humanitarian areas. The parties emphasized the necessity of further strengthening of the Kazakhstan-Estonian cooperation.
