Honorable Consulate of Kazakhstan opened in Bulgarian city Varna

Official opening of Honorable Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place on September 26 in the Bulgarian city Varna with participation of the leadership of Varna and the regional administration and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, political and business circles, mass media, honorable consuls of some foreign countries, and the Kazakh diaspora, the agency reports referring to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan Today - Official opening of Honorable Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place on September 26 in the Bulgarian city Varna with participation of the leadership of Varna and the regional administration and representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, political and business circles, mass media, honorable consuls of some foreign countries, and the Kazakh diaspora, the agency reports referring to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

In his speech the Charge d'Affaires ad interim of Kazakhstan in Bulgaria, Serzhan Abdykarimov, emphasized that opening of the Honorable Consulate of Kazakhstan in the sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna - demonstrates the intention of Kazakhstan to in every possible way expand and strengthen the Kazakhstan-Bulgarian cooperation. This event is the result of consecutive and dynamical development of the relations of Kazakhstan with Bulgaria according to the policy of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, regarding cooperation of the country with the markets of the states of the Black Sea region.

Before the opening ceremony, on September 25, the Kazakhstan diplomat met mayor of Varna, Cyril Iordanov. During the meeting the parties exchanged opinions on the condition and prospects of development of bilateral Kazakhstan-Bulgarian relations. The parties noted importance of development of partner relations between Almaty and Varna.
