Almaty. December 22. Kazakhstan Today - The informal summit with participation of the CIS leaders was held in Borovoy, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

The President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, the President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Kurmanbek Bakiyev, and the President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, arrived to participate in the summit.

As informed earlier, the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, and the President of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, signed the plan of joint actions of two countries for 2009 - 2010 on Friday, following the results of the meeting in Borovoy.

The plan is directed at development of strategic partnership and allied relations of Russia and Kazakhstan. It includes 40 actions covering all spectrum of bilateral cooperation.

The leaders of Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan participated in the summit.
