Intergovernmental Commission of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan discussed possibility of expansion of trade cooperation

The Joint Intergovernmental Commission for bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan discussed the possibility of expansion of trade and economic cooperation of two countries at its 11th sitting, the agency reports.

Almaty. February 18. Kazakhstan Today - The Joint Intergovernmental Commission for bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan discussed the possibility of expansion of trade and economic cooperation of two countries at its 11th sitting, the agency reports.

The agenda of the 11th sitting of 11th sitting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission for bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan included the questions of expansion of trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, cooperation in the field of agriculture and water management, cooperation in transport, settlement of promissory notes between the energy supply systems of two countries and expansions of the contract-legal base of bilateral cooperation.

The questions of performance of the decisions of the protocol of the 10th sitting and the questions of carrying out of 12th sitting were considered as well.

The sitting participants also discussed the forthcoming visit of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, to Uzbekistan.
